Burjuman Mall Upgrade

Samcom undertook a significant security upgrade for Burjuman Mall, one of Dubai’s premiere retail destinations. This critical project focused on modernizing the mall’s existing surveillance infrastructure to enhance safety for shoppers and tenants, improve operational efficiency, and provide advanced monitoring capabilities within a continuously operating environment.

The comprehensive upgrade involved deploying 500 new Hanwha WiseNet IP Cameras and integrating 600 existing analog channels through encoding, creating a unified system. This entire network is managed by over 1000 Samsung SDS SSM Video Management (VMS) licenses, displayed on one of the region’s largest monitor walls utilizing SSM-VM20L for unparalleled situational awareness.
